QA Automation (Java) - product (offline)

We are looking for experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our Catalyst Blockchain Platform team.

Catalyst Blockchain Platform (CATBP) abstracts highly technical components related to the deployment, management, and maintenance of blockchain networks and applications. Clients across the globe use Catalyst Blockchain Platform to speed up the go-to-market time of their blockchain projects, whether as a Minimum Viable Product underpinning a business case, a Proof-of-Concept, or a production-grade system.Catalyst Blockchain Platform is a multi-cloud and multi-blockchain Platform. We support Corda technology and this role will be focused on Corda-related components of the product.

Requirements:

-Java / Cucumber-JVM
-Practical experience with Automation tools (Selenium)
-Experience in Web services (SOAP, REST)
-Database knowledge (SQL, ...)
-Linux /Bash scripting
-Upper-Intermediate English level
-Good reporting and communication skills
-High standards of excellence and attention to details


Would be a plus:

- Experience in setting up, supporting and building continuous integration systems
- Experience with Docker, Gitlab pipelines
- Experience with BDD
- Experience with Serenity BDD

What you will do:

- Analysis of system requirements and producing testing specifications from systems requirements
- Estimation of testing efforts of the project
- Communication with Internal/external development teams regarding requirements clarifications and quality expectations
- Communication with the client regarding requirements expectations
- Design, creation and analyzing test documentation (test plans, test cases, test specifications, user guides, checklists, bug reports)
- Support test documentation
- Automation of regression and functional testing
- Test data and test environment preparations
