REQUIREMENTS:

โ€” Proven 2+ years of working experience as SIP engineer or similar role
โ€” Proven working experience with Kamailio or Opensips , rtpEngine and Asterisk or Freeswitch
โ€” Proven working experience in Linux Administration (RedHat based distros preferred)
โ€” Experience in Networking
โ€” Experience with Relational Databases (eg. mysql, mariadb)
โ€” Scripting skills (eg. Bash, python)
โ€” Proficient in spoken and written English

NICE TO HAVE:

โ€” Experience with DevOps methodologies & tools (Terraform, CI/CD)
โ€” Experience with Container Orchestration (Docker Swarm, Kubernetes)
โ€” Experience with Cloud Service Providers (AWS & Azure preferred)
โ€” Experience with Configuration Management Tools (Ansible preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES
โ€” Design and Develop new Features
โ€” Deploy updates
โ€” Take part in troubleshooting sessions
โ€” Proactively monitor/ensure service performance and reliability
โ€” Develop automation/testing tools and procedures
โ€” Integration Sessions with customers
โ€” Troubleshooting Sessions with customers
โ€” Liaise with customers; participate in customer meetings/calls
โ€” Meet regularly with the line manager to review progress.
โ€” Manage issue resolution and critically escalate.
โ€” Work effectively with other teams, units, and departments.
โ€” Manage issues with clarity and ensure effective information flow and team working.
โ€” Support other organizationโ€™s priority activities, when necessary.
