Lead MacOS Developer (offline) to $4000

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the founders, engineers, and designers to ideate a compelling set of features for our software application;
- Work directly with UI designers to prototype new features, put them in front of users and iterate until they function and feel perfect;
- Lead development of our Mac application, including the user interface, and lower-level Coremedia code – working with our engineering team to make connections with our camera.

Requirements:
- Strong experience delivering applications on the Mac platform;
- Hands-on development experience working with Mac OS X, Objective-C, Swift and C++ is a plus;
- Strong understanding of networking is required;
- Experience with multi-threading programming;
- Experience with "codesign", DMG and App Bundling, plist is a plus;
- Familiar with peer to peer technology;
- Desire experience building web services;
- Extensive UI development experience;
- Excellent understanding of object-oriented software design patterns and good debugging skills;
- Ability to lead a project through concept to completion of all phases;
- Experience with version control systems such as Git or Subversion;
- Strong communication skills are a must with a high emphasis on the ability to explain technology in business terms and to express opinions clearly in a straightforward manner;
- Extreme ownership: understand what it will take for the product to be successful upon launch, and following through to make that happen, regardless of the task;
- Deeply curious: your curiousity and passion for teaching computers to see does not end when you leave work – your passion is consuming and infectious, you can teach and uplevel others;
- Bias toward shipping: you never let perfection become good's enemy – you're mindful of your time investments, and are focused on releasing early and iterating often.
