Responsibilities:
• Onboarding and adaptation of the employees;
• Being the contact point for the employees;
• Performing employee satisfaction conversations and reporting;
• Keeping employee’s insurance program updated.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in HR Management/People Partnership, preferably in IT field;
• At least intermediate+ level of English;
• Being a proactive and result-oriented person.
