We are Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev), the biggest brewery company in the world. We own over 630 beer brands in 150 countries and are considered to cover for 28% of the global beer market worldwide.

For decades, AB InBev had only an indirect relationship with its consumers. Typically, AB InBev products are sold via 2 different channels:
- On Trade: products are sold and consumed on the trade (e.g. bars, restaurants)
- Off Trade: products are consumed outside the trading place, off the trade (e.g. supermarkets).
In a world which becomes more and more digital, it is crucial to digitalize our way of doing business. Software development projects have become key enablers for a continuous and sustainable growth.
BeerTech was born in that context, as a result of a partnership between SoftServe and AB InBev. It is now one of the AB InBev’s development capabilities center, based in Ukraine, which serves the full
Europe zone as well as others (e.g. South Africa, North America).

You must have:
● experience in collecting business requirements and developing BRD / PRD
● Knowledge of the describing tasks Agile methodology: epic, user story, use case 
● Knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies 
● knowledge of Agile / Scrum
● experience in analyzing and describing business processes using BPMn
● Basic UX knowledge
● knowledge of business process description methodologies
● interviewing skills for business users
● work closely with Product Owners, developers and QA resources to ensure that the built
solution meets client requirements
Specific Skills Needed:
● Excellent Logical Reasoning
● Ability to Organize Well and Efficiently.
● Good Conversational and Written English (B2-C1)
● Clear and Effective Communication Skills.
● Experience with BPMN and other process notations

As a Plus
● Experience with working with clients directly
● Estimation and scope decomposition;
● Risk assessment, defining dependencies and assumptions;
● Technology assessments and comparisons;
● Prototypes and proof-of-concept creation with their further delivery and presentation to
● Participation in the development phase defining and creating the system core, transferring
the knowledge to the team, monitoring the execution in the long run;
● Keeping a comprehensive documentation up-to-date.

● Have friendly and mature team;
● Have ability to propose and implement own solutions;
● Have flexible working schedule.
