Required skills: • Microsoft O365 certifications is a must; • Hands-on experience engineering and administering O365 (Exchange Online, Outlook, Office, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Azure, Scripting, Active Directory, Archiving Services); • Experience with scripting (PowerShell); • Experience with O365 User, license, and group management; • Experience with migrations between on-premise Exchange and O365 as well as between different tenants. • Understanding and experience of Active Directory and Office 365 migration tools. • Exposure to other infrastructure areas including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI Virtualization, etc.; • Strong hands-on technical skills, analytical problem-solving mindset, delivery focus, and client orientation are all critical for this role. • English — written and spoken intermediate or higher (participating in International projects)
As a plus: • Experience and knowledge of other Microsoft technologies • Familiarity with creating technical documentation • General knowledge and abilities in information security and cloud security • Experience in cloud data protection (encryption, classification, retention, archiving, search...) • Good knowledge of Azure PaaS offering

Responsibilities: • Oversee and address our customers’ technical needs • Be part of the process of implementation, migration, and support of Microsoft Services for Customers • Define and clarify project scope for smaller scale projects • Work on project tasks, building and deploying IT systems • Provide competent technical consulting service ensuring high level of customer satisfaction • Work on presales activities along with the sales team • Work as a third level support for client IT systems that SPAN supports
