We’re looking for an engineer to join our fast-growing team in delivering the next-level B2B Service Marketplace utilizing high-end technologies and processes. This is a unique opportunity to build both API-first and workflow-oriented products for JLL/T’s new disruptive Marketplace business.

Job Description
5+ years in IT (at least 2 years as BA)
Experience in Business Applications development
Experience with UML Wireframes
Experience with writing technical and process documentation
Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and specifying requirements
Experience in business, systems, and engineering process modelling
Understanding of software development lifecycle and processes
Good understanding of agile including Scrum methodology
Understanding main trends in UI/UX for modern web-applications
Excellent communication skills
Advanced English

Scrum, JIRA, Confluence


Requirements management (elicitation, clarification, docs preparation, keeping requirements up to date)
Backlog management (making sure priorities, description and STRs are Ok before planning, selection of items to work on)
Support of developers (clarification of expected results and problems described in defects, clarification and explanation of requirements around the area, identification of end-user cases)
Support of QA (clarification of STRs, requirements around the area, business cases and help with test cases creation, complex scenarios preparation)
Organizational activities (Scrum Masters substitution, meetings handling and facilitation, documents and processes changes, new initiatives implementation)
Being a proxy for current product management team
