We are working with this customer in two directions now
Helping to build a brand new product (MVP) that is going to be integrated with the other vendors to serve the green energy market in the EU (the UK)
Enhancing capabilities of the existing customer platform
You are a candidate demonstrating
-At least 2 years of proven successful professional project management experience in IT
-Ability to managing cross-functional teams of 15+ employees, especially remote distributed teams, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Readiness to manage the assigned projects of up to medium complexity
-Responsibility for communication between SoftServe and the Client, facilitation of the engagement phase for new opportunities, building and managing the Client expectations
-Willingness to assure proper project deliverables in all aspects (budget, scope, schedule, quality) at all SDLC stages
-A proven record of working with international companies
-Ability to establish, manage, and regularly improve service and process-related metrics
-Knowledge of software development lifecycle management
-Understanding of Agile (SCRUM, Kanban, XP, Lean and etc.) project management methodologies
-Ability to communicate and collaborate with the stakeholders on the client-side in order to achieve success
-Hands-on experience in leading, motivating, guiding, coaching, and encouraging team(s) of engineers, including conflict management
-Strong problem-solving, and analytical skills
-Demonstrating Upper-intermediate English spoken/written level

Ensuring assigned project(s) achieves revenue and profit targets, controlling expenses as detailed in budget and project development plan
Managing the project team, including monitoring team performance, establishing and driving a team communication
Acting as a contact point for project stakeholders in the company and for clients
Managing the client’s expectations; monitoring and contributing to increase of CSAT and facilitate the project-related client communication at all levels
Identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, mitigating, and communicating project risks
