Customer success / Sales representative (offline)

Requirements:
- It should be person with really good communication skills, people oriented, nice, calm and with perfect level of American English.
- Person who cares and helps customers.

The job is more like customer success, calls are warm, with customers, not leads.

Customer Success Role:

- Excellent English (Spoken/Written)
- Solutions driven person (can think of a problem and proactively suggest solutions to our customers)
- Warm/calm tonality
- Customer satisfaction oriented

Responsibilities:
- Calls with existing customers: 80%
- Communicate with Customer Success team: 10%
- CRM: 10%
