Frontend Developer (offline)

Necessary skills:
— Proficiency with HTML/CSS/Javascript, Bootstrap (2+ years);
— Strong understanding of modern UX/UI approaches;
— Very strong communication skills, willingness to communicate with stakeholders directly;
— Working English written and verbal skills;
— Strong understanding of all processes and principles of enterprise-grade web development, deployment, maintenance, security, and compliance to international data processing standards;
— Analytical and creative mindset;

— Ability to work in a dynamic and unpredictable environment;
— Extremely high level of intelligence, productivity, and stress tolerance;
— Ability to study very fast on the intersection of finance, biotech, information technology, artificial intelligence, and marketing;

Duties:
— Development and enhancement of an analytics platform as a part of a team of fullstack developers;
— Sometimes creating UI/UX design yourself;
— Communication with internal stakeholders;
— Gathering requirements;
— Identify and manage project risks to ensure delivery is on time;
— Active participation in the resolution of the incidents, follow up support, and reporting;
— Initiate, lead and participate in the continuous improvement process.
