Required skills

● Experience working with or basic understanding of various other technologies such Cloudflare, Docker, Kubernetes, NGNiX Google Cloud Platform, AWS, etc.
● Javascript, CSS, HTML, JSON, PHP.

Responsibilities

As a Sales and Support Engineer, you’ll be working directly with resellers in the hosting and domain industries ranging from high-profile enterprises-to-SMBs. We are looking for a person with exceptional written and oral communication skills, a passion for technology, self-motivated, and highly organized.

● Customer (partner) support accounts for up to 50% of your daily tasks.
● Identify and help to troubleshoot or resolve problems associated with customer websites, website hosting, or integrated 3rd party platforms such as cPanel, WHMCS, Plesk, etc.
● As a Siteplus product SME, you will lead pre and post-sales activities (such as product demonstrations, solution designs, creating proposals, project management, etc).
● Create and manage product technical or internal documentation.
● Cross-functional internal support to assist with Project Management, QA, Product Design, and Pre/Post Sales.
● Account ownership and accountability (with a target of 90% or higher partner CSAT).
● Full life-cycle case management.
