IT Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
● 2+ years of experience working as a Project Manager or Business Analyst
● Understanding of software development lifecycle and key UX/UI practices and processes
● Working experience with JIRA, Confluence
● Understanding of Scrum methodology
● Experience in forming the structure of requirements and their decomposition
● Work with objections
● Good communication and presentation skills
● Experience of working with a team of developers, testers, designers, etc.
● Analytical skills, result-oriented, attention to details
● English level — Upper-Intermediate, both written and spoken

Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and lead all aspects of software development cycle, including project requirements and scope identification, planning, design, execution, etc
● Team Backlog management, Sprint’s resources allocation
● Translation business ideas into well-structured requirements
● Coordination of requirements with the customer
● Interaction with the development team during the project implementation
