Ruby on Rails Developer (offline)

Requirements:
At least 2-3 years experience programming in Ruby on Rails
Strong experience with Ruby on Rails framework (Modern Ruby (2.6/2.7), modern rails (> 5.0))
Practical experience with RDBMS (preferably PostgreSQL)
Experience implementing APIs, Third-party APIs integrations
Experience with Sidekiq
Experience with Elasticsearch
Experience in writing tests RSpec(understanding of BDD,TDD, DDD principles)
Using Redis, Capistrano
Experience with source control tools - Git, Github
Self-motivated / open-minded
Experience working in micro service architecture projects
Knowledge of server management (deployment, monitoring, optimizing, etc.)
Knowledge of design patterns, basic algorithms and data structures
Loves working in an Agile environment, Jira

Responsibilities:
Work closely together with business, design and other stakeholders of project
Write robust manageable code
Work in an agile team, participation in planning sprints, daily meetings, retrospectives, code reviews
Write unit and integration tests, bugs fixing and provide continuous integration
Use JIRA bug-tracking system
Suggest ideas to improve work
Be a self-motivated and result oriented team player
