Responsibilities for Business Development Manager

● Establish and bring new partners in the blockchain and cryptocurrency domains
● Work on business integrations, negotiate to sign off deals or contracts
● Seek contacts, сontact potential leads and partners, arrange meetings
● Research new markets, organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
● Drive results and find ways how to solve different challenges to reach goals
● Meet with partners/leads over the phone, chats or face to face
● Validate ideas in cryptocurrency & blockchain domains
● Create presentations (text, business opportunities) for upcoming meetings
● Help to develop new business models and revenue channels

Qualifications for BDM

● Experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain is a must
● Strong communication skills and fluent English is a must
● Results-based entrepreneurial mindset
● Excellent organizational skills and self-management
● Experience in business dev, sales or marketing (3+ yrs)
● Proof of previous work and results
