Junior IT Project Manager (offline) to $1500

Skills / Experience Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, jurisprudence or finance (undergraduate student)
- Quality training with a certificate of attendance in the field of IT Project management
- Team player & Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent planning & delivery skills
- High self-motivation and ability to motivate others
- Analytical, problem solving and critical-thinking skills
- Upper-intermediate English level (verbal and written)

Would be a plus:
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, G-suite
- Experience in managing technical aspects of software delivery


Responsibilities:
- Own decision making within a defined level of authority
- Manage project delivery
- Define priorities and make things be completed in time
- Project costs & reports preparation
- Participation in team activities
- Working with project documentation
- Writing internal policies, maintain compliance with rules and policies
- Drive process improvement - identify inefficiencies in the processes, suggest and introduce improvements
