Talent Researcher (offline)

Requirements:
— Experience in IT sourcing (researching) or completed recruiting courses
— Knowledge of Boolean/X-ray search and sourcing tools
— Experience in talent acquisition activities
— Experience in Sales/Copywriting/Marketing
— Upper-Intermediate+ level of English

Responsibilities:
— CV screening according to vacancies requirements and provision to recruiters
— Initial contact with candidates
— Various market analysis, researches, related reports (Ukraine and other countries)
— Maintenance of databases, related reports
— Monitoring the relevance of vacancies on job portals and reporting problems, if any, to recruiters
