Senior UI/UX designer (Marketing) (offline) $3000-4000

International product B2B SaaS company — iDeals is hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer (Marketing), who will [make a redesign of the company`s main sites basing on the best UI/UX approaches and impact the growth of conversion rates. Who will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, producing branded digital creative and become a part of a marketing design team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Redesign and continually improve UI and UX of iDeals websites;
- Closely cooperate with inner clients from the marketing, sales, talent acquisition, and product teams to create high-quality content for websites and branded creative;
- Creating prototyping (UX) and UI mockups for web pages in Figma. Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems.
- Creating product marketing assets (Ads, banners, infographics, icons, visuals). Creating templates for assets.
- Presenting own ideas and design approaches: create design ideas using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps.
- Creating design systems (guidelines, templates, libraries of styles, etc.). Support products with additional graphic materials.
- Creating technical tasks for the dev team. Creating task-templates. Building complex design processes.
- Researching and analyzing new design approaches. Establishing creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
- Prioritizing and managing multiple projects within design specifications.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- 8+ years experience in full web portals design of customer-facing companies;
- Deep expertise in UI, UX, and branding;
- Experience of work in the marketing department;
- Excellent knowledge of core principles of typography, iconography, composition, color, form, and animation to make visually appealing and functional designs;
- Experience in designing, creating, and optimizing design systems and style guides;
- Excellent knowledge of Figma;
- Proven experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop or Lightroom, Illustrator);
- Experience working closely with developers;
- Understanding HTML, CSS, Javascript principles;
- English B1;
- Excellent portfolio of web design works;

NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in designing for B2В and SaaS verticals;
- Experience in designing for global-facing companies;
- After Effects;
