Our customer is a Swedish product start-up dedicated to making the world’s buildings ready and able inhabitants of the smart cities of the future. Company is building a set of products to enable property owners to transform their real estate portfolio into a platform for innovation, analysis, and optimization.

About the product

Product is a property Operating System for smart building owners. It is a SaaS that real estate owners can use to optimize and manage their property operations, develop applications for tenant services, manage the digital representation of their portfolio, and manage on-site edge technology. It’s a Java solution built on Azure, leveraging Microsoft IoT Edge technologies.

Responsibility

This role is a combination of Project Manager and Customer Success Manager responsibilities and will include:

Managing ongoing and new customers’ projects, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction;
Ensuring good health of customer relationships by proactively assisting customer in product adoption and eventual pain points identification and resolution;
Building long-term customer relationships, focusing on keeping customers continuously happy;
Promoting Idun brand and its products: generate excitement for new or developing products by keeping clients updated on their progress;

Regular standups and weekly Demo
Regular syncs and steering group meetings with customer

Skills and experience

Successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and at least an upper intermediate level of English (both spoken and written).

Previous experience in Project Management and/or Technical Sales will be an advantage.
