Mobile Team Lead (offline)

Job Description
Required:

- 8+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Strong background in Mobile development for Android or iOS
- Experience in C/C++ development
- Good knowledge of XCode and/or Android Studio instruments
- Experience working on complex solutions with low latency
- Deep knowledge of software testing including both white and black box testing
- Solid knowledge and experience in software design- analysis, concepts, design patterns, methods, documentation, and presentation
- Mentoring team members and team leads
- Understanding and experience in CI/CD concept and implementation
- Strong experience of estimation and planning
- Upper-intermediate and above in English verbal and written.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborative environments
- Has experience leading a product through several releases and supporting customer deployments
- Team player and able to demonstrate team growth and improvements
- Mission and delivery driven


Nice to have:

- Experience developing NDK libraries
- Experience in communication protocols, real time applications

Job Responsibilities
- Leading a mobile team (Android and iOS Engineers, QAs, AQAs)
- Architectural and software design guidance for the whole team
- Take responsibility for product development in a whole
- Work with the product manager for requirements capture and clarification
- Estimate and plan execution with the team
- Deliver high quality and well-verified products
- Coach other team members in solving engineering problems
- Scheduling and Driving Sprint Plannings
- Scheduling and Driving Bug Triages (Groomings)
- Know how to estimate in both Story points and Time
- Scheduling and Driving Retrospective
- Work as a singe point of contact with the customer
- Work as a lead for the team and being able to take the hit instead of the team
