IT Recruiter (offline)

Our projects and teams are diversified so this job requires a good understanding of different personalities and tech talents specifics.

On the other hand, we need a great Team player and Leader who can become a recruitment department manager in the nearest future.

Primary responsibilities
- Create and confirm a candidate's portrait with stakeholders
- Adapt recruitment strategy according to the candidate portrait
- Arrange an interview with a candidate
- Preliminary interviewing: soft-skills and English level
- Organize and maintain a database of candidates
- Report on recruiting process progress
- Prepare job offers
- Direct interactions with CEO and sales department

Additional Responsibilities
Would be a plus if you could take care of
- Maintain and develop HR brand
- Provide and control hiring processes indicators and metrics


Required Skills and Experience
- 2 years of proven successful IT recruitment experience
- General understanding in SDLC areas (application programming, programming languages, and design)
- Cross-cultural awareness (experience working with US/European companies)
- Good communication and presentation skills
