Junior System Engineer (focus on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms) (offline)

Due to growing business, we are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active candidate to fulfill the position of Junior System Engineer for Microsoft solutions with focus on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.

This position can be yours if you:
• Graduate or 5-6 grade student in IT, computer science, cybernetics or mathematics
• Have got minimum 1 year of experience in system administration
• Know basic technologies of IP networks (Routing, VPN, DNS)
• Know how to work with customer support requests and technical documentation
• Speak and write Intermediate English, fluent Ukrainian and Russian

Will be an advantage if you have got knowledge of one of these solutions:
Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Azure / other Microsoft products and platforms such as Windows Server, Active Directory DS, Exchange Server, SharePoint Server, SQL Server etc.

• Take part in creation of project documentation and technical tasks
• Coordinate technical specifications towards solutions
• Participate in projects for implementation, setting, updating of the Microsoft cloud services and server software
• Provide technical assistance for completed projects
• Provide prompt feedbacks to requests of clients
• Study new versions of Microsoft products with further certification
