Lead JavaScript Full Stack Developer (offline)

DataRoot Labs is looking for a strong Full-stack developer, with more orientation to BE, data management and business logic. You will be working on a project which is a leading construction tech company, with thousands of active daily users and a variety of products and with customers using the platform for Project Management, Safety Management, Employees management, Quality Assurance, Access Control solutions, and more.

The candidate is expected to function as a product owner and to have a mid-level developer under him to do most of the UI tasks. You should be able to solve frontend issues and come up with frontend solutions. On this position will develop both Web/Mobile applications using the same BE and stack (MobX, GraphQL server, AWS infrastructure).

Responsibilities
- Lead on a mobile and web solutions product line;
- Work with a high-performing global dev team across different time zones;
- Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle;
- Implement a lot of functionality from scratch;
- Ensure software is up-to-date with the latest technologies and standards;
- Mentor and coach your team.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in professional software development;
- 1+ year of experience in leading a team;
- Experience using ES6+, ReactJS, React Native, Node.js;
- Familiar with state/data management libraries (redux/mobx);
- Deep knowledge of the latest JS standards;
- A sense of urgency and ownership over the product;
- Curiosity, self-driven and passionate attitude;
- At least Upper-intermediate English level.
