Recruitment Researcher

Responsibilities:

Generating a pool of passive candidates

Maintaining recruiting files, documentation and communication with candidates

Maintaining recruiting database

Apply sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract candidates.

Schedule interviews with managers for each open position

 

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and an ability to complete tasks quickly and with accuracy

Personable and able to keep a positive attitude under stressful and shifting circumstances

Strong reputation for solving in the moment problems in a professional, friendly demeanor with a can- do attitude.
