Middle/Senior/Lead Talent Acquisition Manager (offline)

Job description

Brainberry invites the Middle/Senior/Lead Talent Acquisition Consultant for long-term cooperation at its service center in Kyiv, Ukraine.
You will have the opportunity to be a part of the extension team of an international IT Consulting Company. Depending on your skills and wishes to grow you will have a lot of different opportunities in the company, have no bureaucracy, proactive approach and possibilities to realize your ideas.

Requirements
— 2+ years in IT recruiting
— Successful closure of 3-5 positions monthly
— Intermediate level of English

Duties
— Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment — from vacancy opening to placement
— Plan and execute all stages of recruitment related process
— Clarify the vacancy requirements and expectations
— Search for candidates
— Conduct pre-screening of candidates and HR interviews, offering, etc.
— Handle simultaneously set of approximately 5 vacancies of different levels
— Provide qualified consultancy services to internal customers
— Keep ATS (applicants tracking system) flow and statuses in order to the rules and procedures
— Take over niche vacancies and pre-sales staffing if required
