Recruiter / Vendor Coordinator (offline)

All our dev guys are from Eastern Europe. Clients are mainly from the USA, both established companies and startups (teams and individuals), often far from IT and development, or without their resources, and therefore have chosen LeanSquad for technical support of their projects. This niche is quite a in demand, that’s why the team is growing.

The company values the ability to solve a wide range of tasks and support a really operating product (or even several) independently, minimally distracting colleagues (although, you can always count on the help of the Product Owner in communicating with customers). Position Description:

The primary focus of this full-time role will be communication with our Vendors, as well as sourcing and screening potential IT candidates for contract/permanent openings.

Main responsibilities:

- Coordinate process/work with Vendors: searching, communication, screening CVs of potential candidates, onboarding after hiring, etc.
- Posting vacancies in social media
- Salary monitoring
- Some part of HR responsibilities (to create a cultural atmosphere in a team)


Main requirements:

- 1+ year of IT Recruiting experience (not just Recruiting)
- Skilled in candidate sourcing and recruitment coordination, including scheduling and conducting meetings
- Ability to interact with candidates, co-workers and management in a positive and cooperative manner
- Value management's time, provide information in a clear and structured manner
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Pro-activity, ability to work without supervision
- Reliable internet connection for comfortable skype voice communication
- English communication skills
