Technical Support Engineer (offline)

Required skills:
β€” English: Upper intermediate or Advanced
β€” Experience in troubleshooting demanding high attention to details.
β€” Problem management for server and service related issues (Windows Server/Centos7).
β€” Alerts configuration, monitoring, detecting, reporting using agreed monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Kibana).
β€” Understanding and working with DNS Servers, VPS, Terminal Services and Remote Desktops, Web Servers (IIS and Apache).
β€” Experience with JIRA and Confluence. (preferred, not required)
β€” Good communication skills.
β€” Ability to work with a large amount of information.
β€” Serious and responsible attitude.
β€” Analytical thinking.
β€” Self-study skills.


Will be a plus:
β€” Working with continuous integration systems(Jenkins, Git). (preferred, not required)
β€” Managing DB’s (MSSQL Server), understanding of Vertica, MongoDB, Mondrian, Hadoop.

Responsibilities:
β€” Fixing, reporting, escalating issues according to protocol (instructions)
β€” Work closely with engineers and other team members to understand complex requirements and troubleshoot issues.
β€” Exchanging information between responsible teams.
β€” Working shift by shift (including nights).
