Senior Project Manager (L) (offline) $3500-4500

Looking for a Senior Project Manager with the ability to lead the project together with the team of 15. We are specialized in software development in a Fintech industry. There are 4 main projects in the company. The one you will work with is the Software solution for the trading company-brokers.

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 4 years of Project Management or relevant experience;
• Excellent soft skills and fluent English communication is a must;
• Experience in software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall);
• Experience with Jira, ClickUP;
• Ability for multitasking;
• Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills;
• Must demonstrate hardworking and disciplined character, the ability to accept constructive criticism, ability to build team motivation and to build consensus;

WILL BE A PLUS:
• Experience as a BA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Estimate new tasks with developers and architects, prepare the estimations for the customer;
• Anticipates stakeholdres’ needs and proposes alternative technical solutions;
• Create tasks in Jira and track the progress for ongoing processes;
• Help developers to succeed on the project;
• Take full PM responsibility for the project. This includes managing requirements gathering, estimates, scope, schedule, costs, quality, communication, risks, stakeholders expectations;
• People management on the project;
• Risk management on the project, working with change requests and management of priorities;
• Be proactive and constructive, proposing company’s processes improvements and drive the change where is needed;
• Project’s reporting, including documentation, reporting, performance monitoring, etc.
