Engagement Manager (offline) $1800-2200
Responsibilities:
- Pre-sales support for Sales & Account Management teams
- Potential Client qualification and pre-screening to make go/no-go decision with AM
- Prepare and be able to present best SDLC practices, presentations, demos, and other materials in English
- Prepare the team for conf calls/on-site visits/interviews
- Collect initial client requirements and understand client business needs per request
- Define a business model for successful client engagement
- Drive and own Project Proposal development
Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience as Engagement Manager in IT
- High analytical skills (ability to analyze & recognize prospect/client needs and find appropriate solutions)
- Experience in developing proposals and estimates
- Solid understanding of SDLC and core outsourcing services
- Strong management/project management skills
- Good presentation skills
- Able to handle a stressful, highly-pressured job with clients and internal stakeholders
- English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and oral)
