REQUIREMENTS
❥ 2+ years of proven IT recruiting experience
❥ Understanding of technologies in the IT Industry
❥ Good knowledge of IT labor market
❥ Confident working autonomously and as a part of a team
❥ Ability to demonstrate sourcing and communication skills
❥ Good problem-solving skills
❥ Proactiveness

RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️ Maintain full recruiting life cycle/end-to-end recruiting
✔️ Negotiation with potential candidates, screening CVs
✔️ Schedule, organize, and conduct interviews
✔️ Continuously build and engage a pipeline of candidates through prospecting, sourcing, networking
✔️ Implement all your creative and innovative ideas in recruitment, sourcing and employer branding
✔️ Be involved into market investigation/research
✔️ Insightful: you can’t be wrong in candidate’s profile qualification, naive or miss -educated in IT industry
✔️ Be accurate: no sloppy or careless errors
✔️ Be precise with specific examples: no generalities or platitudes
✔️ Communicate clearly: no need to look “pretty”
✔️ Deliver quickly: tasks are solved just in time
