Remote position at the project - bit.ly/3yHBcRC (100% remote, full-time).
Here is some of what you will do:
- Provide timely and strategic customer support via live chat and email in Intercom
- Successfully onboard new customers, help set up their accounts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they are getting the most out of our web platform.
- Advocating for the customer by taking their feedback and sharing it with other departments, to improve processes and product offerings.
- And everything else that goes along with providing outstanding customer service!
Requirements:
*Fluent in English (written)
*2-4 years in a customer support role
*Basic knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g. Intercom, Zendesk, JIRA, Salesforce, etc)
*Previous experience within a SaaS business environment would be perfect
*Strong organizational skills and ability to follow-up on and track multiple issues/projects
*Good communication, written, and interpersonal skills
*Readiness to cover 8-hour shifts, 14:00 - 22:00 schedule UA time. Weekend coverage is highly appreciated;
