Website Project Manager (CRO) (offline)

We’ll hire a specialist who understands the difference between beautiful and high-converting websites and knows or wants to know what button color sells better.

You are the one we are looking for if:
- You’ve over a year of experience with cooperating or managing a team that works on a website: seo specialist, ppc specialist, designer, smm specialist, content specialist
- You can calculate in 5 secs the Sign up rate and the Conversion rate of the website
- You have a proven track of successful A/B tests
- You operate numbers in Google Analytics better than linguists blend words
- You know how to research like a pro and do it regularly
- Your table book always relates to marketing trends

As our ideal candidate, you are expected to:
- Manage and guide a team to improve the website’s CVR
- Set revenue-related goals and ensure their achievement by the team
- Conduct research, prepare and launch A/B/n test campaigns and analyze results
- Create high-converting landing pages from scratch (content TS, design TS)
- Work closely with our leading Analyst to find the website’s weaknesses and any possible helpful insights to improve conversion
