Lead Unity Developer (offline)

Position description:
As Tech Lead of this project, you will lead the development team, design the architecture and infrastructure of big features, and actively interact with feature stakeholders (GD, CTO, COO, etc.). In this position, you will not be a mere executor, but a true leader who is actively involved in all aspects of product development and whose opinion is respected and listened to.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of Unity-based game development
- Good written and spoken English (upper intermediate+)
- Excellent communication skills
- Estimation and planning skills
- iOS/Android native plugins and build pipeline knowledge

Nice to have:
- Perforce VCS proficiency
- PlayFab experience
- A/B testing understanding
- Basic JavaScript skills
