Delivery Manager (offline)

Requirements

· Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English, written/spoken is a must.
· 10+ years’ experience working in the software delivery industry with strong business skill, ideally with a project management background.
· Excellent communication skills, and is comfortable working with clients, internal staff up to Director level.
· Very strong understanding of software delivery methodologies, including Agile, RAD, Kanban, Scrum and Waterfall.
· Have a very good understanding of and SaaS development environments, as well as understanding of architectural concepts.
· Strong presentation skills; ability to appropriately tailor communications to the size and nature of the audience, including business and technical personnel.
· Demonstrated the ability to look at options for solutions and ideas that add value; uses their initiative and assumes responsibility for own and their team’s work, to ensure clients get the best possible service.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and working with multiple project teams
· Strong conflict resolution skills, to help defuse issues between organizations, teams or individuals as required
· Willingness to travel, as there will be a need for business trips to work with clients or sales.
· A flexible approach to hours of work is essential as the job will require evening work to meet business needs.
· Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or relevant field.
· Ability to see opportunities for TEAM to cross-sell to clients, to add value for them and maximize business earning potential.
