Middle Project Manager (offline)

Essential Requirements

- 2+ years of experience with distributed teams and foreign clients
- Strong knowledge of SDLC
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban frameworks
- Experience in starting projects from scratch and successfully closing them (including all the required documentation and artifacts)
- Experience in carrying projects through the entire lifecycle (including planning, budgeting, monitoring, working with CRs, troubleshooting)
- Understanding of possible project bottlenecks, ability to identify them in early-stage, experience in Risk management
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in project documentation for different stages: start, closure / handover, operational documentation
- Technical skills - strong understanding of the development process, team roles and interactions, software architecture and layers, API, CI/CD processes
- Tools: Jira (project setup, settings, dashboards, JQL) + required plugins, Notion, any of Gantt charters, Google Spreadsheet / Excel formulas
- Soft Skills - self-sufficiency, accountability, ownership, ability to build and support a rapport with clients, ability to think out-of-the-box
- Outstanding time-management and self-management skills
- Upper-Intermediate English
