Full-Stack Web Developer Role (.NET Core / C# / PSQL / Vue.js) (offline)

Technical skills:

· 1+ year experience in .NET web development (SaaS applications preferred)
· Solid understanding of .NET Core 2.1, C#, PostgreSQL languages, frameworks, and infrastructures to support the existing web application
· Basic understanding of front-end languages (Vue.js / CSS etc.)
· A reasonable understanding of the .NET 5.0 language to continue the development of the company’s new web application
· Experience with and can demonstrate a deep understanding of managing large-scale software projects of .NET Core web-app software applications

Will be a plus:

· Experience with mobile technologies, the App Store, and Google Play delivery processes

General requirements:

· Continue to maintain the company’s existing product offering including regular maintenance, bug fixes, feature releases, and regularly scheduled software updates
· You are open and willing to learn about unique time clock hardware and managing proprietary software
· Understanding of Human Capital Management, Learning Management, Health & Safety, Payroll, and/or Time Clock software in a web-delivery & mobile app platform is a significant asset
·Experience in working for a SaaS company that specializes in HR software is an asset

*During the employment period, there will be a few requirements for the relevant candidate:

· Understanding & ongoing learning of Vue.js
· Understanding & ongoing learning of Xamarin in .NET 5.0
· Understanding & ongoing learning of WPF in .NET 5.0

Description:

Our Web Development team member will take the time to deeply learn all aspects of the internal and external facing technologies we use. The teammate will ensure a very high standard of system uptime along with personal availability during and after normal business hours to handle any emergency that occurs. This role will require interaction with our product specification team and Business Analysts to provide valuable insight on current and new web & mobile platform technologies and provide input on how to deploy current and new products we are developing.
This role truly gives the incumbent a 360-degree view of the business and the ability to provide input and guide the company on technology going forward. This role will focus more on the back-end framework of the web application than the front end; although a basic understanding of front-end technologies (Vue.js / CSS etc.) is required.
