UI/UX Designer (offline)

Requirements
• You have 2+ year experience in UX/UI/Digital Product Design
• You have experience in using json and after effects for create animations
• You are advanced in using Sketch App and InVision/Craft as prototyping toolsАdvanced in using Sketch App and InVision/Craft as prototyping tools
• Experience in designing complex projects on different stages (preferably — mob app)
• Work experience with business requirements to translate them in high-quality design solutions
• Team-work player and Leadership skills
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to give and explain information
• Responsible and self-organized
• Upper intermediate speaking and writing English

Responsibilities
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Simplify and improve process flows to increase convenience of using application
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets, (preferably — mob app)
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Analysis of click maps to improve interfaces
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to Vodafone brand book standards on fonts, colors and images
• Take account of development limitations and possibilities
