Team Lead / CTO / Architect (offline)

Обязанности:

— Lead a team of developers through the product lifecycle — architecture, design, development, quality and production.
— Build the team continuously and participate in all relevant HR processes
(interviewing, performance evaluations, identifying training needs etc.)
— Provide technical direction and vision for the portfolio of products;
— Assist the development and operations teams with addressing technical challenges of diagnosing operational incidents
— Ensure the quality and correctness of developed software;
— Represent the technical teams and communicate technical challenges and opportunities to business management


Требования:

— 8 years of experience as a software developer (Backend; mobile applications)
— 2+ years’ experience with leading a team or leadership position;
— Knowledge of data structures and algorithms. MySQL, Cassandra or other NoSQL Solutions
— Experience with hybrid (Web) mobile app development
— Desire to work with a cross-platform tech stack
— High standards for code quality, testing, and performance;
— Stream processing & Multithreading experience
— Ability to manage and organize release procedures of multiple Apps

Будет плюсом:

— Knowledge of mobile development platforms: iOS, Android, React Native
knowledge of Architectural design patters
