Finance & Legal Operations Manager (offline) $1000-2000

We're looking for an experienced, detailed-oriented Finance & Legalities (Contract Law) professional to join AdKings Agency's back-end operations team and lead the accounting, finances, and legalities-related projects within the Agency. *This is a COMPLETELY REMOTE position so we hire worldwide, but it would be best if you are around the European timezone, as the majority of the team is located around this continent.

What You Will Be Doing

- Coordinating all the accounting activities, invoices, and payments for the agency
- Preparing, reviewing and updating contracts, making sure it meets all necessary requirements
- Leading projects which help to predict the financial outcomes for the agency and partners
- Help developing scorecards, sheets for tracking different financial numbers and KPIs, creating financial reports and predictions for the agency
- Finding new ways to automate and optimize financial and legal processes within the agency
- Doing analysis and research around financial and legal topics that are important to the agency and partners
- Doing analysis and research around financial and legal topics that are important to the agency and partners
- Creation of educational materials & new SOPs for this role

About You
- Have extensive experience with Xero accounting software
- Excellent English skills (written and verbal), adaptable to various communication styles
- Have at least 5 years experience in Financial positions
- Have experience with creating and updating contracts
- Available daily (on workdays) for at least a couple of hours
- Experience working with Project management softwares (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)
- Self-starter, initiative, and capable of leading new projects on your own
- Capable to work independently without supervision
- Well organized, detail-oriented so no mistakes are left unseen
- You have no problem managing multiple projects simultaneously
- You are results and solution-oriented person
- Flexible personality and somebody who is able to adapt fast according to feedback
