Looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team

— Strong research skills. [Practicing different techniques with LinkedIn, CrunchBase, Quora, etc.]
— Ability to perform repetitive research tasks
— Self-motived
— Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
— If your English isn’t fluent enough you should be able to write and read emails in English, introduce the company services and identify appropriate buyers within the target market;
— Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects;
— Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline;
— Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel;
— Work closely with the Business Development Manager in order to deliver the Lead Generation plans;
— Fundamental research of the companies and contacts within focus markets and target companies.

Main Duties
— Source leads through a variety of search tools;
— Update and maintain the Lead database;
— Lead qualification, segmentation, and profiling;
— Manage cold email / LinkedIn campaigns;
— Achieve or exceed daily quotas for generating new leads.Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects;
— Conduct needs analysis and determines prospects pain points to determine how the company services will speak to those needs;
— Work with the Head of Sales and sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals;
— Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached;
— Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
