Company’s expectations from a candidate:
- interact with users undertaking the necessary actions to handle complaints keeping all sides satisfied;
- gather user feedback, and in a timely manner and in a proper form forward it to the team;
- provide information about the company’s products and services;
- perform delegated by management tasks on the high level (interviews of the users, onboarding video calls, preparing stats and infographics);
- update FAQ whenever any changes happen;
- participate in brainstorming sessions with the other members of the customer support team;
- proactive approach in participating in improvements of the product and processes;
- proactive approach of providing support for the users.

- able to act quickly and learn fast

- experienced in using different infographic tools

- strong oral and written communication skills
- advanced/fluent level of English
- problem-solving skills
- strong knowledge of Customer Service (experience is a must)
- strong multitasking skills
- outstanding typing skills and ability to handle and support several chat conversations simultaneously
