IT Recruiter (offline)

Required skills

— 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment;
— Experience in communication with hiring managers and customers;
— Experience with requirements gathering and creating job descriptions;
— Understanding of full cycle recruitment;
— Knowledge of all the main search tools and ability to perform at a high level;
— Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies;
— Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
— Analytical thinking and good negotiation skills;
— Upper-Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written).

As a plus

— Experience in conducting HR interviews.

Responsibilities

— Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
— Recruitment database maintenance;
— Sourcing of candidates using different channels, network, internal databases, referrals, etc;
— Communication with customers and hiring managers to gather information needed to compose job descriptions;
— Providing a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates, evaluating skill level.
