Looking for recruiting manager willing to help closing positions all over the world for interesting and challenging projects

Required skills:
- recruitment experience — at least 2 years
- background at IT companies (outsourcing/outstaffing)
- excellent communication skills in English, Russian and Ukrainian
- HR experience would be a plus
- highly organized and able to work independently, eager to take initiative and responsibility for results
- attentive and ready for multitasking

Participate in a full recruitment cycle:
- search for candidates in the local and international job market (Europe and the USA)
- communicate with the hiring manager and technical experts in the company to ensure understanding of the position requirements and ensuring qualifications for potential leads
- analyze the business needs and interpret them into the comprehensive job description
- communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, provide feedback
- job offer preparation and negotiation
