Essential professional experience:
3+ years of Proven working experience in finding the best talents;
At least 2+ years of technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles;
Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like competency-based interviews);
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases;
Excellent knowledge of the area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices);
Business acumen and market insight;
Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
