Product Designer (offline)

Our team is growing and we are looking for a talented Senior UI/UX designer to join our team in Ukraine.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Product Manager and Product Owner.
- Support and develop the current design system.
- Demonstrate high-quality design practices by ensuring decisions are made with appropriate user insights and follow existing UX/UI systems while making well-informed decisions to create new patterns.
- Active participation in creation new features.
- Presentation of the results of the work as a part of the team, as well as individually.
- Follow up and support of the design after transferring it to development.

Qualifications:

- 4 + years of proven UI/UX experience or improving user experience of product for healthcare.
- Understanding composition, modular grids, accessible color, and modern trends in design
- Layout skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Skills in Figma (components) & Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with design software and atomic design methodology.
- Experience with high-load websites and mobile apps will be a plus.
- Experience in product companies will be plus
- A keen eye for details and you know how to solve complex product problems.
- Good spoken and written English.
