Job Description
Tech skills:
DevOps Production support experience for 3+ years.
Relevant DevOps/Operations/Development experience working under Agile DevOps culture on large-scale distributed systems in production infrastructure.
Linux Advanced level (Centos, Ubuntu).
Basic principles of containerizing applications using Docker.
Understand the Kubernetes orchestration system at an advanced level to accompany the system and make changes as needed

Good to have:
Build Automations and modules for CI/CD pipelines.
Good to have Programming skills in developing automation modules on Python/Bash.
Understand virtualization system - Vmware vSphere.
Configuration management tool like Ansible.
Monitoring systems like (Prometheus+Grafana) and analyze logs system ELK (ElasticSearch + Logstash + Kibana).
Basic understand RabbitMQ, Redis and Kafka features and how services can communicate each other.
Re-architect and tune the deployment, monitoring and upgrade for Microservices systems in the area of multi-cloud, Docker and Kubernetes systems.

Soft skills:
Communicative. Be an active participant in the discussion with the customer and determine the requirements and how to draw up a list of tasks for the team.
Quick problem analysis. Drawing up technical documentation based on the results of solving problems.
Ability to prioritize. Conduct presentations and trainings for other teams and take an active part in drawing up a work plan for team members.
Responsible. Be responsible and always in touch 24/7 and always be ready to help or escalate the problem to other teams.

Job Responsibilities:
Leading a team that works in shifts 24/7. Working in shifts with team starting from 16:00 till 01:00. On-call support 10 days in month.
Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the development team to streamline code deployment.
Collaborate with team members to improve the company's engineering tools, systems and procedures, and data security, Optimize the company's computing architecture and conduct systems tests for security, performance and availability
Applies broad knowledge of process/service capabilities and environment to identify new risk areas, new process updates, integration with (Automatioon and Cloud Infrastructure), and service opportunities.
