Intelliceed Inc. is looking for a Sales Manager.

Proven sales success and expertise in selling IT solutions;
Knowledge of sales methods, processes and tools;
English B2 or higher;
Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn;
Experience with lead generation.

Experience with other sales channels;
Bachelor’s degree with exposure to Information Technology or Sales/Marketing (or equivalent);
Any other foreign language on a solid spoken level.

Search and attraction for new clients and their support;
Work with UpWork, LinkedIn, etc;
Writing proposals and bidding on Upwork and other b2b platforms;
Business communications and negotiation with current and potential clients;
Identify priority positions and drive staffing of them with the respective recruiters, delivery managers, account managers, resource managers, internal mobility and other staffing coordinators;
Maintain data, statistics, and report on each active client;
Report on weekly and monthly progress.
