Необходимые навыки:

— От 2х лет опыта в ИТ-рекрутинге с полным циклом ведения вакансий;
— Хорошее понимание технологического стека, с которым работают инженеры.
— Коммуникабельность и умение найти подход к кандидату;
— Опыт общения с кандидатами в соцсетях;
— Опыт проведения HR интервью;
— Грамотная устная и письменная речь, внимание к деталям;
— Английский Upper-Intermediate или выше.

Обязанности:

— Коммуникация с Hiring managers для формирования требований и задач по вакансиям;
— Работа в связке с сорсером;
— Проведение пре-интервью с кандидатами;
— Ведение базы кандидатов.

Будет плюсом:

— Широкая сеть контактов в LinkedIn;
— Знание разных инструментов поиска: boolean search, x-ray
