HR Manager (IT) (offline)

We expect:
- Basic understanding of IT positions
- Great communication skills
- Fluent English

Good to have:
- HR experience in any field
- IT background
- Any coding experience

What you’ll do:
- Look for candidates for different positions
- Schedule interviews
- Provide feedback and make offers
- Communicate with stakeholders inside the company to clarify project and position requirements
- If you’re interested, over time you can start working on onboarding & adaptation procedures and internal educational opportunities for our teammates


What we offer:
- Completely remote, flexible hours
- Fixed salary plus additional performance-based bonuses
