Digital Chain is digital and PR gurus, strategy and analytics superpeople, creative and design Jedi with a key client Parimatch. Agency teams research businesses and markets, create promotion strategies, creative ideas, graphics, animation, video, UX / UI design, bring clients to the top of the search results, drive traffic, burn in SMM and much more. They work in the markets of the CIS, Europe, Asia, Africa and understand the marketing peculiarities of each region.

Your responsibilities will be:
• identify and negotiate with potential clients;
• present proposals and close deals;
• manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to completion of the sale;
• build strong relationships with the clients to effectively hand-over them to our implementation team for client onboarding;
• work closely with the team to accelerate the sales cycle and to goal targets, act as a bridge between cross-functional teams and customers;
• contribute to improvements in departmental processes and best practices.

We expect from our future colleague:
• 2+ years with proven success as an Sales Manager in B2B/ B2C;
• deep understanding of B2B sales cycle and decision making process;
• strong knowledge of sales techniques and client acquisition channels;
• ability to understand and address the client’s needs and translate technical team responses;
• strong ability to build and grow relationships with prospects and customers;
• strong work ethic with a detailed oriented, organizational and time-management skills;
• must be a self-starter, be comfortable with limited supervision, and have solid problem-solving skills;
• commitment, attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking needed to thrive in a performance-oriented culture;
• collaborative nature and getting-things-done approach;
• clear, effective and articulate verbal and written communication skills with excellent proficiency in the English language.
