Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
— Experience in managing outsourcing IT project 1+ years;
— Good spoken and written English skills (we have a lot of verbal communication with customers);
— Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills;
— Ability to compose project plans, estimates, and business proposals;
— Excellent written and verbal communication;
— Independence and good personal organization.

Responsibilities:
— Pre-sales activities;
— Create, prioritize, and adjust the product backlog according to the customer
goals;
— Plan tasks for a team involved in the project and control the progress of
the project;
— Take part in the estimation process of new projects;
— Budget control;
— Risks management;
— Manage several projects simultaneously
